PEP Midwifery Mentorship Program for Aspiring CPMs

Supportive. Evidence‑Based. Designed for the Self‑Study Pathway.

Choosing the PEP self‑study route doesn’t mean you should walk it alone. Many aspiring CPMs pursue PEP because midwifery school feels too expensive, too rigid, or simply not the right fit. But apprenticeship alone often leaves gaps—especially in academic foundations, modern evidence‑based practice, and professional communication.

This mentorship program exists to give you structure, clarity, and support throughout your PEP journey. You deserve an education that is flexible, accessible, and grounded in real midwifery experience.

Why This Mentorship Program?

Becoming a confident midwife requires more than clinical experience. You need a strong academic foundation, consistent guidance, and a mentor who understands both the realities of apprenticeship and the expectations of modern midwifery.

This program helps you:

  • Build comprehensive, evidence‑based midwifery knowledge

  • Strengthen and contextualize what you learn in apprenticeship

  • Learn from a mentor experienced in both clinical and academic settings

  • Develop confidence in safe, modern midwifery care

  • Communicate effectively within the wider healthcare system

  • Navigate the PEP process with clarity and support

Who This Program Is For

This mentorship is ideal for:

  • Aspiring CPMs pursuing the PEP self‑study route

  • Apprentices who want structured academic learning alongside clinical training

  • Students who feel overwhelmed, under‑supported, or unsure where to begin

  • Individuals seeking culturally responsive, trauma‑informed midwifery education

  • Anyone wanting a mentor who understands both international and U.S. midwifery pathways

No prior coursework is required—just commitment and curiosity.
